Check-Out & Disembarkation

  • Guest Relations Desk are open 24 hours to answer any billing queries. Guest are advised to settle their SeaPass account by the evening of 24 May 2025.
  • Pack and leave your bags outside your door by 10 pm.
  • Keep your travel documents and all essentials in your carry-on bag.
  • Please empty your safety box prior to disembarking.
  • The room attendant will leave the disembarkation luggage tags in your stateroom the day before departure.
  • Put luggage tags on the bags which you want the porters to carry and place them outside your stateroom.
  • On the morning of disembarkation you can leave the ship on the basis of number on the baggage tags called out by the ship staff.
  • Your baggage will be placed on the bay in the departure hall which is earmarked by the baggage tags number.
  • Breakfast is available on the disembarkation day from around 6:00 am to 8:00 am at Windjammer café.
  • When the staff announces the luggage tag nos., please proceed to the gangway. Upon exiting, a staff member will scan the SeaPass card to ensure that your billing is settled.
  • Complete immigration checks for arrival clearance and collect your luggage at the baggage claim area.
  • Taxis are available outside the cruise terminal to take you to your destination.
