Check-in & Embarkation

• Download Royal Caribbean App on your mobile devices. Use this link for online check-in.
• Online check-in starts 45 days before the sailing date. Guest are requested to check-in as early as possible to get their preferred check-in time slot.
• Follow the check-in process by completing all the sections. You will be required to scan your passport, upload a selfie, answer the health questionnaire and select a time for your wellness test.
• After completing the check-in process, download the SetSail Pass. This SeaPass card is a multifunctional card that works as a key card of your stateroom and for entering and leaving the ship. This card also works as a cashless system for all onboard purchases and services.
  
  Guests are advised to carry their SeaPass card at all times, both on-board and off-shore. Do not loose or misplace your SeaPass card, as it may be misused and replacing it would incur a fee.
  
  All guests will need to give a credit card number to activate SeaPass card. Please note there is no currency transaction onboard the ship and all personal expenses will be charged to the SeaPass. Please settle the SeaPass account prior to departure, either thru credit card or U.S Dollars.
• Print the luggage tags and carry them with you to the cruise terminal. Do not put them on bags.
• Reach the cruise terminal atleast 30 minutes before the appointed time, as there will be customs and security checks
• On arriving at the cruise terminal, proceed to the check-in counters. Keep your passport and other essential documents easily accessible, as you will need to present them frequently. Royal Caribbean staff will be available to assist you at any time.
• Porters are available to transport your luggage from the check-in area to your stateroom. Please ensure your luggage tags are securely attached before handing over your baggage. Your luggage will be delivered outside your stateroom by the evening.
• Unpack your bags and place the large empty suitcases outside your stateroom for the porters to collect and store. They will be returned to you on the final night of the cruise.
• The boarding closes 90 minutes prior to sailing time.
• Once onboard, enjoy a delicious lunch and take time to explore your new home for the next 7 nights !
